In this hell I awoke.
I lay, gazing at nothingness, was I really awake?
No light touched the surfaces of the walls, so it was difficult to understand where I was.
I scraped the soft tips of my fingers along what I thought were the walls, they had been drenched with a somewhat warm, thick liquid.
Suddenly I drew back my hand as an odd sensation went through me.
Before I knew it I was up on my feet again, feeling more refreshed and not as groggy as I had been, I felt alive.
I drifted around until I had found my way out of this dark maze, making sure to examine the differences in each part of the area. Were I to get lost here again I'd know my way out next time.
Eventually the light hit my eyes once more and I couldn't help but smile as I felt the air go through me. The first thing I would do is go home and apologise about the argument I had had with my parents, I hated fighting with them.
